Primary purpose of Job.
This position partners with business line management and the Human Resources Managers and Generalists to provide consultative HR support primarily in the areas of recruiting and selection.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
pre-screens, and interviews internal and external applicants. Recommends and extends offers to candidates. Majority of external recruitment is entry level in IT field.

QUALIFICATIONS:
* Bachelor’s Degree preferred
* 2+ years recruiting experience in IT Industry or call center environment preferred
* Results oriented and the ability to learn systems, procedures, and business quickly
* Ability to work independently with a high sense of urgency
* Strong initiative and good judgment skills. Must be resourceful
* Effective time management skills/motivated self-starter.
* Ability to effectively interact with all levels within an organization and to work in a fast pace, professional environment.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills.
* Ability to handle sensitive/confidential information appropriately.
* Strong computer skills, internet savvy, and experience with resume database/requisition tracking systems
* Results oriented and desire/ability to quickly learn systems, procedures, and investment management business.
* College degree and two years of related work experience, or a minimum of 6 years related work experience
