The focus of the branch manager is operational excellence in the client site with a sales focus to continuously develop market share. They must develop AMs to ensure sales and operational excellence that lead to results.The branch manager retains the duties of a team partner. Branch management responsibilities are in addition to the tasks performed as a team member. In larger sites that can financially support a pure management role, there is a senior operations manager who is not a team member because of greater managerial responsibilities.Under the direction of the Commercial manager, the branch manager is responsible for the profitability of the location. This is achieved through the implementation and management of all related sales, management, and operational activities.

The operations manager:
- has a detailed knowledge of his or her business and the associated internal processes.
- demonstrates the ability to understand and focus on clients needs and disseminates this spirit within his or her team.
- has impact on his or her team and acts with energy and enthusiasm for the business at all times.focuses on the continuous development of his or her people in order to achieve better results. mobilizes and orchestrates others to perform to their best at all times.
- is able to overcome obstacles and disappointments to achieve the best possible results at all times.
- implements actions within pre-determined timeframes, and in accordance with specific plans.
- demonstrates a strong drive and commitment for delivering outstanding results.
- actively promotes and demonstrates Randstad's core values.
- builds and maintains relationships with appropriate networks of people.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- 4-year college degree (preferably business related)
- Experience in building business including time and territory management, sales and proposal presentation to clients.
- Ability to achieve profitable sales development and growth through management and development of direct reports (AM's)
- 3-5 years business experience
