Images printed on Chromira are far superior in image quality to images from an ink jet printer. The resolution of Chromira is specified in continuous tone Pixels Per Inch. Inkjet printers specify resolution in Dots (of ink) Per Inch. It is generally considered that it takes 5-6 times the resolution in Dots per inch to match continuous tone resolution.

I bought two original paintings years ago. I had them custom framed. They are (imo) beautiful and worth-- I don't know. A couple of hundred? Maybe a thousand dollars? I paid somewhere around $600 (total) for them in 2005.
The artist, Addie Wuensch, has since had a lot of success with getting her own exhibitions in galleries around NYC.
I know some people use ebay (maybe other sites) to sell artwork. My digital camera is my cell phone (lol), so pictures would never be able to show the quality of these paintings. Plus they are large and heavy, so shipping them would be a b i t c h. That rules out the internet option.
I really just want someone to see them, say "i love them, here's some money", shake hands and adios! Is that how it works with an art dealer? And how would I know if I was getting a fair payment for them?
